Wrapped in self hatred and self destruction
Are we defined by a past - long gone?
Attraction.
Can I make up my mood or just make up the mind
What do I seek to gain
Except more torturous pain
Am I so inflamed; with thoughts of YOU in my brain?
Cynical, consistent
I know that.
Bicker on for hours about the SAME material

I structure these phrases like prose on its pages, do you hide your love for books from normie people who'd give you strange looks?

Am I just paranoid in thinking you might die?
Took over protection too far
Am I the right guy?

I seem to not make sense, I'll be inconsistent
Obsessed but repressed, cognisant of the pretext
Aware of our discourse, yet ultimately beset
By problems we've made, my thoughts have been shared-
of all new paramours, since I'm so distant
You creep around as if you're omniscient
Opened your third eye
INSIDE MY MIND
